Fifteen days to make a film in Austin, streamed live from the first frame to the final cut. One night to premiere it. $5,600 in prizes.
The Kick Streamer Film Festival is a film competition with one rule that changes everything: you make your film in front of an audience.
Every filmmaker gets fifteen days in Austin, Texas. Animation, live action, documentary, a cut built entirely in the edit: any form works. The only condition is that the whole production streams live on your own Kick channel, from the first idea to the final export.
On December 17, the finished films premiere on the big screen at Sip Haus on Red River Street. The filmmakers are in the room, the audience is in the room, and three of them go home with prize money.
Apply, then set up your own livestreaming channel on Kick.com. That channel is your set for the next two weeks.
